MEET THE TEAM
Dr. William C. Harris
Dr. William C. Harris is a fellowship-trained facial plastic and reconstructive board-certified surgeon. A southern gentleman at heart, Dr. Harris grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and went on to complete his undergraduate degree at Elon University in North Carolina where he studied biology, chemistry, and the fine arts. He then spent almost a decade in the culturally rich city of New Orleans, Louisiana where he completed his medical school training at Louisiana State University and then a highly selective head and neck surgery residency at the renowned Tulane University.
An artist from a young age, Dr. Harris found a natural passion for facial plastic surgery during his residency and after applying he was awarded one of just fifty coveted AAFPRS facial plastic surgery fellowship positions in the country. During his fellowship in Palo Alto, California, Dr. Harris had the unique opportunity to train with world-class mentors as well as to work with and teach Stanford University residents while performing the full spectrum of facial plastic and reconstructive procedures including an emphasis on hair transplantation and non-surgical hair enhancement methods such as PRP treatments and medical therapy.
Dr. Harris also has a strong interest in medical charity work and has traveled internationally to various countries including Honduras, Haiti, and India to provide medical services and surgery for those who have little to no access to care. Whether addressing cosmetic, post-traumatic, or congenital needs, Dr. Harris feels very fortunate to possess a skillset that enables him to help people from all walks of life feel more whole and confident within themselves. He truly believes in an individualized approach for every patient he sees and that obtaining a high-quality natural result is really the only way to success.

Everly
Lurina and Larissa are two sisters that have a combined 39 years of experience in the hair restoration field. Assisting in hundreds of Transplant Surgeries throughout the years.
Lurina and Larissa began their hair journey over 20 years ago. Having the privilege of training under one of the pioneers of hair restoration in the South Bay and by their mother Tina who also dedicated her life to being a hair restoration technician and clinical trainer for over 40 years.
Once given the opportunity to train, we became very passionate about the craft. Assisting in FUT ( follicular unit transplantation) for over 11 years. Lurina and Larissa began transitioning from FUT to FUE (follicular unit extraction) procedures once it became a leading option in hair restoration. Allowing us the opportunity to prefect the artistry that goes in a natural looking undetectable hair restoration.
Tina, Lurina and Larissa then went on to create their own successful traveling hair technician company. Currently servicing the San Jose Palo Alto area (L&P Aesthetics) as well as the Beverly Hills area (Beverly Hills Hair Group) & ( Harris Facial Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics) for the last 9 years. Traveling around the country to assist some of the top facial plastic surgeons. Flown out to numerous locations as our team is highly experienced and requested. Privileged to have worked on Celebrity Doctors, Pro Athletes, Hollywood Stars to CEO’s of top tech companies and world top poker players.
After traveling all around doing what we love and are passionate about for the last 9 years, we’ve decided to take a chance on ourselves and turn our dream into reality. By centralizing ourselves in the South Bay where we can be closer to our families and homes. Launching Elite Hair & Spa Institute and training hub for upcoming physicians and aspiring hair technician’s.

Lina is a dedicated and highly skilled body contouring and licensed massage therapist with passion and skill while promoting wellness and aesthetic goals. With twelve years of experience in the field, Lina has mastered various body contouring techniques and therapeutic massage modalities.
Specializing in body contouring, Lina is trained in advanced noninvasive procedures designed to sculpt, tone and lift. She is proficient in techniques like radio frequency and ultrasound cavitation. With a deep understanding of anatomy Lina customizes treatment plans and address their goals/ needs so the client can achieve a more confident sculpted appearance.
In addition to body contouring, Lina is also a Licensed Massage Therapist offering a range of therapeutic / holistic techniques to promote relaxation, muscle tension and improve over all well being. She is proficient in deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage and sports massage. Lina combines different massage techniques to ensure every client is tailored to after each session. Creating a warm inviting atmosphere ensures clients are welcomed and comfortable throughout their journey to improve body contouring and self well being. Lina demonstrates excellent communication skills, actively listens, and provides recommendations for self care and on going wellness.
With genuine passion for helping others, Lina has committed to the health of her clients and providing exceptional service. Whether it’s improving the muscle tension, promoting wellness, body contouring treatments Lina strives to achieve a positive impact and helping individuals feel their absolute best.
Everly is a highly skilled and dedicated esthetician who is passionate for skincare and helping others achieve their skin goals. With three years in the esthetics industry, she has developed a deep understanding for different skincare treatments and techniques. Everly completed her esthetician training at Career Academy of Beauty located in Garden Grove where she gained extensive knowledge in skincare analysis, facial treatments, ingredients and other esthetic procedures. She is committed to staying up with the state of the art in the esthetics field with eagerness and excitement.
Known for her exceptional eye to details and personalize approach, Everly takes her time to get to know her client’s unique needs and concerns. She believes in providing a safe, relaxing environment to ensure that the client leaves feeling rejuvenated and confident after every service. Throughout her career, Everly has successfully helped achieve a variety of skin concerns including hyperpigmentation, acne, mature and aging skin. She is capable of performing facial treatments like facials, microdermabrasion, ultrasonic, galvanic and LED therapy tailoring to each clients specific wants and needs to deliver exceptional results.
With care and concern, Everly provides valuable knowledge and advice when it comes to recommending products in order to help maintain healthy glowing skin between appointments. She believes that skincare isn’t just a luxury but an essential to self care and overall well-being.
